The meals make sense as they are tailored to what you eat and like and selected as liking. Makes it easy to follow in terms of making sense, tools to buy the exact ingredients and meals and instructions to prepare. it is super easy. meals are easy to make and super yummy! I'm a fan!

I really like most of the recipes- there's only been 1 or 2 that I didn't much care for. I'm still working on my timing of eating my meals, due to my work schedule, because I don't want to eat my dinner too late. I've tried the Keto before on my own but wasn't successful. With this, it's all planned out for you, Yeahh! I am very hopeful for a continued success!

I signed up for a 4 week eating plan, then a 6 month eating plan. I have just completed my first 4 weeks and have lost 13 . I love the eating plan, I dont miss Bread or Crisps like I have with other diets, I don't feel hungry, and I'm no longer the Kung Fu Panda hunting for food when I get in
